We're number 2!
Or number 10, or something.So I leave Houston, and they drop from fighting for 1-2 in the most polluted areas category, to completely out of the top 10. But Pittsburgh rockets to number 2 on the charts.
I wonder how that squares with this being the 10th most livable city in the world.
